Return or Exchange Policy
To process a return or an exchange, customers must send back the original item to the following address:

Customers can either purchase a shipping label through our return portal or use their preferred carrier to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in good condition before proceeding with the return, exchange, or refund.
Incorrect Items
If we sent you the incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost. For an exchange of a different size, color, or a regular return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are pleased to now offer exchanges! Exchanges must be for the same item, but you may select a different size or color as long as the price remains the same. Items being exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging.
Refunds
If a refund is requested, the item must be returned to us. Once received and approved, we will refund the full purchase amount minus the original shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the time the returned item is received.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund:

Use your order number and email address to start the process.
Follow the prompts on the portal.
Once your submission is complete, you will receive an email with detailed instructions.

Additional Notes
Condition of Returns: Items that are worn, damaged, or used are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Footwear boxes that are taped or have return labels affixed directly will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. In such cases, the product will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
Custom Orders: All custom orders begin production immediately upon approval of final artwork and are built to your specifications. These cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. After this period, items may not be returned for any reason.
Restocking Fee: Returns of 5 or more items from a single order are subject to a 10% restocking fee to account for additional processing time. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Defective items are exempt from the restocking fee.
